For power systems with different voltage levels, the grounding method for neutral points is different. According to China's national conditions, the small current grounding operation mode is mainly used in the 6-66KV distribution system in China. In order to effectively prevent system arc grounding, eliminate grounding faults, and improve power supply quality, according to the new regulations of the national overvoltage protection design standards, arc suppression coil devices should be installed when the grid capacitance current exceeds 10A.
The LY-PTH series turn controlled arc suppression coil device produced by our company adopts a standard industrial grade computer system, bus structure, multi-layer circuit board design, full-color large screen LCD screen, and full Chinese character display. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, intuitive display, and strong anti-interference ability. At the same time, the system has complete parameter settings and information query functions. This system overcomes the limitation of small adjustment range of previous arc suppression coil devices and is capable of comprehensive adjustment.
Working Principle:
The adjustable turn arc suppression coil is equipped with multiple taps on the arc suppression coil, and an on load voltage regulating switch is used to adjust the taps of the arc suppression coil to change the inductance value. During normal operation of the power grid, the microcomputer controller measures the amplitude and phase changes of the current flowing through the arc suppression coil in real time, calculates the capacitance current to ground under the current mode of the power grid, and adjusts the on load voltage tap according to the pre-set minimum residual current value or detuning degree. The controller adjusts the on load voltage tap to the required compensation gear, quickly compensates after a grounding fault occurs, and quickly exits the compensation when the fault is eliminated. It can quickly compensate for non instantaneous single-phase grounding faults, continue to operate, and quickly determine the faulty line and trip.
